Yes x 3 for me. Met one of my goals to add color to each of my meals today so included: celery soup, mandarins, and carrots.

@TheresaM787: I hope the dizziness subsided. I just learned it's National Women's Physicians Day; sent some luv to my dear friends who fit that category. Despite it being a tough news day, I stayed the course. I hopped on that elliptical and lifted weights. Tracked and will end the day with a much needed cosmo! Onwards.

Yes x 3. My fave moment, i was 4 mins ahead of my circuit schedule so my trainer goes let's run with a a weighted plate above your head lol. I was like don't we want to cool down instead lol? I did his way and it felt good!

Logged, at, and exercised. I got excited about purchasing a lifting bench. It was on sale for $30 and I quickly grabbed it up as I love lifting. Tracked, rest day so I did a light walk, and at. Today, I remember my people who died and survived the 2010 earthquake in Haiti. An emotional day and hard to believe it was 11 years ago. But alas, onwards.
