I MADE IT :) Survived Dec with only 3 pass days as I swapped fish for my dinner entrees. Yay. Insert imaginary cartwheel that I can't do yet :)

3 yes day! 2021 Accomplishments: published a book, it won an award, and then was named on a notable list. Established boundaries professionally AND personally. Lost 24 lbs, committed to at least listening to meditations, and took care of myself and so many loved ones. Feeling whole, healthier, and dare I say happy :)!!
