Checks for exercise and tracking. I'm so over though. Been in a stress funk that's having me devouring comfort foods. Hoping to eliminate some of these stressors ASAP.

On track for 3 yes NSVs: prioritizing sleep, in much better control of my urges to binge or have cheat days, only adding sugar to 1 out of 2 of my daily coffee, and I've been able to slide back into my cuter outfits. Feeling good!

Best of luck with your surgery @WhatMeRunning !! Yes, yes, and yes for today. I treated myself to a dance workout, which I assumed would be light and breezy. Joke was on me as I could barely keep up, but I had a blast! This time around I've been on mfp since 2018. I think in total, it's been 6 years.
