SW: 255, Aug 2014 Ht: 5’7” CW: 159 GW: 135 I finally broke thru my plateau - it was the second one this year. I had one in July and then one Aug/Sept. Both were over 30 days. I'm on a new diet plan. Day 6 for me and I've lost 3 pounds since starting. Woo hoo ! Hope to keep on the downswing.
