walking outside - until it felt way too hot - then indoors on treadmill ... looking forward to tomorrow when will have access to a pool to swim laps ...

It depends how I feel. Sometimes I'll decide to have something more to eat. Sometimes I'll decide to ignore the feelings to eat.

I don't really have any petty reasons. I just want to be healthy as I get older - don't want health problems. And if I have health problems - I want to be able to be healthy enough to get over them in a timely manner.

All of my running/walking shoes are slip on - tho they do have laces. I don't like tying shoes, so I have them set so I can just slip them on. I don't think that is what you were really asking for - but, I like brooks, and altra.
