Day/Weight/Comment
4/17 / 167.6 / Third day in a row holding my normal BMI weight so that makes me feel happy. Working on getting a bit of a cushion now so that upward fluctuations are not putting me back in the overweight category. This is really just an "on paper" goal that makes me feel good, but I am looking forward to it. The sun is out, we've started the day with a large brunch, and we're hoping to get out to the mountains for a bit of adventure yet today.
4/18 / 168.6 / Busy work from home day today but I squeezed in my Peloton ride as part of my lunch hour. My husband and I will walk our dog after supper instead now that we have daylight for longer. Turkey meatballs with broccoli and a cauliflower potato mash for supper tonight.
4/19 / 167.6 / My magic number of this round We are getting a big snowstorm here in Alberta. Busy day in the office with a walk at lunch. Waiting for my turn on the Peloton tonight.
4/20 / 167.6 / Long commute in this morning due to bad roads, but they were better by this evening. Got a walk in again at lunch. Chicken for dinner and then I'll ride the bike again. Days fly by with the commute taking up so much time.
4/21 / 166.4 / Two cool things happened today. Firstly, I saw my doctor for my first physical since I lost 125 pounds. He was so congratulatory and it made me feel like a million bucks to know I'd done what he likely thought I would never do. Secondly, I took the opportunity to make two informal meetings I had with my staff walking meetings and it's equated to over 15,000 steps today and counting.
4/22 / 165 / Day started with lots of snow so I spent my lunch break shoveling the walkway. I want to get in a Peloton ride after work but we also have dinner with friends and we're walking to their house so we'll see if I can fit it all in!
4/23 / 167.2 / Fun night out with our friends last night. They made homemade pizzas, we had wine, and played games. Had a 60 minute Peloton ride this morning. Date night with my husband tonight.

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieving permanent change.
REMINDERS: One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

4/17 - 178.8
Ok, made yesterday’s <179 goal today, in spite of a few jelly beans last night. We’re going to friends’ for dinner, so I’m eating light during the day. Happy Easter, Passover, Ramadan, and whatever else you might be celebrating! 🪺
4/18 - 179.6
Not a surprise after last night’s dinner. I didn’t try to count calories, though I may still enter what I remember. Other than jelly beans, nothing was too crazy caloric. Off this morning for evaluation for upcoming cataract surgery. Not looking forward to this adventure.
4/19 - 181
Time lag from Sunday + salt yesterday. Calories were good, so this is temporary. Eye eval went well yesterday and I’m scheduled for June surgeries, but I still have a lot of Qs and feel like I’m being rushed into this. I’m going to do a bunch of research and then decide whether to go forward or postpone. The only vision issue I have is night driving, and I rarely do that. We’ll see. Off to doggy school!
4/20 - 180.2
Ok, headed back in the right direction. I still feel I can hit my 178 goal this round. Agility class today, so I’ll get some exercise. Last week, Rory knocked me down—ran into me on a turn toward a jump. Thank goodness we have nice padded mats. Hoping to stay on my feet today!
4/21 - 179.6
4/22 - 179.6
I snacked a bit last night, but not too horribly. Off for coffee with a good friend. Happy Friday!
4/23 - 180
Woops. Boy, it doesn’t take much to boing me right back up. Calories were only slightly high yesterday. Oh, well. Gorgeous day—my garden calls!
4/24 - 179.4
What a gorgeous weekend it’s been here. Working in the garden (going back in a minute) preparing beds for new roses arriving this week. Then it’s soup day—making a sweet potato chowder that sounds delish. It will be my 17th Sunday soup in 2022, all different. It’s been fun!

4/17 192.6 (+3.6) I had a huge binge day yesterday. I was planning to have an indulgence meal and then never stopped. I enjoyed every minute. The beauty of this is that I was confident I could get back on plan. Under calories today and a nice long walk with the dogs on a beautiful Easter Day. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!
4/18 192.0 (+3.0) No organized exercise and a busy day today. Weight is starting to drop already. Now, just to stay consistent.
4/19 190.0 (+1.0) Heading to the pool this morning. My vacation begins in two and a half weeks. I’ve got a lot to do before then. I was hoping to be closer to 180 by now, but still happy with all of the progress I’ve made in the last year. I can’t believe I’m 30 pounds away from goal weight. I saw a number of former co-workers yesterday and they told me over and over again how great I looked. Some days I really see the difference and others all I can see are the rolls that still exist. My plan for vacation is to enjoy my meals but to eat smaller portions. I’ll be gone for two weeks. I know I’ll gain weight, but hopefully it resets my body so when I return, I’m in losing mode and can finally bust past this semi plateau. On countdown!!
4/20 189.0 (0) Feeling great today and happy to be back where I started this round. No indulgence meal until the very end. Not much exercise today beyond a walk with the dogs. I started adding half a scoop of protein powder to my oatmeal in the morning. I wasn’t getting quite enough protein.
4/21 190.2 (+1.2) It’s amazing what a salty meal can do. Lucky it’s only temporary. No organized exercise today, just playing with paint.
4/22 190.0 (+1.0) It’s been an incredibly busy week and I haven’t stayed on top of logging like I usually do. That’s playing a bit of havoc, but things will slow down in the next few days, thank goodness.
4/23 188.2 (-.8) Phew! Did you hear my huge sigh of relief from your house? My low weight was 188 on April 12th. I’m definitely adjusting to the slower weight loss and am not expecting huge whooshes. Just seeing it come down little by little is great. I had brunch with some of my friends yesterday. The big art auction for charity where one of my paintings will be available is April 30th. I did a brief fashion show yesterday with my friends and they helped me decide on an outfit. I’m so excited and will confidently sport an amazing dress for the first time in decades.
4/24 188.8 (-.2) Taking the dogs out for a long walk today and then painting. Just hoping to finish this round below my starting weight. When I get tough on myself, all I need to do is check out the results from previous challenges. I’m still heading down and eventually I’ll get there.

4/17 120.5. GKI 9.3 Lots of carbs yesterday because I ate a bowl of bran flakes trying to get things moving and 1 slice of veggie pizza at the quilt show. Quite happy with that! Walked over 7000 steps - about 3 times by usual - very happy with that too!
4/18 120.5 GKI 9.3 Hung out with recent widower friend. Lox, cream cheese, crackers and cheese followed by Italian sausage and cheesecake.
4/19 121.5 GKI 7.5 OMAD Great Greek salad with steak. Eating was good, I only ate about 1/8 of a pita. Increase is from carbs over the weekend and no TMI. I think I’m full of 💩 LOL I couldn’t pass that up. Sorry if I offended anyone.
4/20 119.5 GKI 7.2 still waiting for TMI but almost no carbs yesterday. Finished Greek salad (maybe 3/4 c) made steak and cauliflower for dinner and even had a glass of wine
4/21 120.0 GKI 19.6 Subs at bingo last night, no plastic ware so I pulled the bread apart and put the meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion between the remaining crusts. It was a substantial portion which was surprising. Apparently, too substantial! I wish this wind would blow in some rain. The dust in the air is horrid.

4/18 Did not weigh. Completed my strength workout this morning and finished with jump roping and then the stair master for 20 minutes. This weekend was hard to track because of the holiday meals and everything. TOM arrived yesterday and I was in bed by 7 last night and passed out by 7:50 I think. I was so sleepy from an excess amount of sugar. I have one more weekend of celebration to get through for my husband’s birthday next Sunday where I’ll be making a homemade key lime pie and I’m sure we’ll be going out to dinner at least once or twice. Then, that Monday I can get focused again and really work on eating healthier/have less indulgences on the weekends.
4/19 123.4 Did not post. Went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the stair stepper.
4/20 121.6 Not going to the gym today. Feeling weird/icky and like I’m about to lose my voice. Food was pretty good yesterday. I drank a ton of herbal tea to try and help save my voice. On the bright side I tested negative for covid, so at least it’s not that. Taking a sick day from work to rest and hopefully feel better tomorrow.
4/21 120.4 did not post
4/22 did not weigh. Tested positive for covid on Wednesday night after symptoms progressively got worse Wednesday during the day. It took seconds for the at-home test to turn positive the second time around. My fever broke last night luckily but still feeling weird today. Please be careful out there for yourselves. Covid isn’t fun at all, even if you’re a healthy individual. That’s my Covid psa for the day. The interesting piece was looking at my Garmin data which showed all sorts of increases in stress on Tuesday and then the following days. My resting heart rate also shot up 10 bpm more than average. Now I’m just resting for the next few days and trying to do everything I can to help my body heal/recover.
4/24 Symptoms are slowly improving, so it’s a bit encouraging. My one goal today is to just do the dishes. There aren’t many so it shouldn’t take long. I plan on working tomorrow and hoping to have the energy for it. I think it’ll be the fatigue that’ll get me but hoping I can just take my time at work and not let myself get stressed. I’ve been drinking my mushroom tea to hopefully help my immune system with the healing process. My mom just dropped off some split pea soup made from the Easter ham, so I’m looking forward to that for lunch.
Thank you @deepswoodslady @bethe238 @terririchardson112 @ashleycarole86 @quiltingjane @musicsax and @coblujayfor the kind and healing thoughts, I really appreciate it!

For those interested in the data side of things with covid and how it affected my Garmin numbers, here are the screen shots. The March date is just a reference for what a normal day would look like for me. Tuesday I started feeling symptoms like slight internal pokes as the day went on but felt good when waking up that morning. Wednesday is when I took my temp and had a fever ranging from 100 to 101.9. Then the fever finally broke around 10 on Thursday night. I have done pretty much nothing but rest except for yesterday where I moved around a little bit making a grilled cheese and unexpectedly having to clean up an aphid infestation on one of our houseplants.

4/20: 224.8 (-.2) - getting over a terrible cold. Plan for the day is to go on a short walk, keep up with my water goal, and get my Fitbit back up and running.

4/22: 224 (-1.0) - there we go . . .

4/24: 223.2 (-1.0) - I would love to see 223 tomorrow morning. Going to be extra mindful to get there. That would put me out of BMI obese class II and into obese class I. Packing for a beach trip tomorrow. We will be gone all week, but we are driving and have a house and we only plan to eat out once or twice. I have all the meals planned and plan to pack the scale too (husband thinks I am nuts bringing the scale. It doesn’t take up too much room though!)

Hi everyone, my last round here was in March 2019 (R69) with a weight of 185.6. Back now at 225 (ugh!) Unchecked thyroid levels = rapid weight gain during the height of covid quarantine. I don’t have a thyroid due to cancer and blah, blah, here I am today heavier than ever.
Anyway, this challenge was really helpful in keeping me accountable a few years ago, so I am jumping back in! Will do my first official weigh in tomorrow morning.
Love seeing some familiar faces still at it here. You are all AMAZING!9 -

Day/Weight/Comment
04/16 …..201.8….. ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND
04/17 …..203.4 ….. (Trend weight 201.5) A good day yesterday dietary-wise. However, day 2 of no TMI and a serious lack of steps yesterday. Gotta burn what you eat!
04/18 …..204.8 ….. Trend weight 201.8) Did someone say Easter Dinner?
04/19 …..199.2 ….. (Trend weight 201.5) We went out for Easter Dinner and to see the Easter Bunny and find eggs with DGS #4 because of a lack of kitchen during my reno. I felt like I ate a normal amount and did not even finish. Yesterday (Monday) I was so swollen in my calves and ankles and stomach that I was miserable. I pushed water and only got in my 250 steps 3 times out of 13 on my fitbit. Barely over 3000 steps for the day. On the couch all day with headache and miserable uncomfortable swelling. My doctor recently gave me a water pill to help aid my heart until I see the cardiologist June 1st. It is prescribed to take 2-3 times a week which is why I sometimes feel my weight will go up & down. I took the pill yesterday and those steps are from going back & forth potty. I also took a magnesium pill to help with TMI because it had been a few days. Both worked. Imagine my shock to see over 5 ½ pounds down overnight when I was so immobile! Glad to see it under 200! I feel much better today but I’m starving and my body wants to make up for the lesser amounts of food yesterday. I’ll choose wisely.
04/20 …..200.8 ….. (Trend weight 201.5) I think this is my weight and body adjusting after such a large drop on the scale yesterday. While I’m not happy with this number, it does feel correct and right.
04/21 …..200.8 ….. (Trend weight 201.4) Holding steady but need to see improvement. Very low level calorie burn yesterday. I’ve got to up my game as much as I safely can.
04/22 …..200.2 ….. (Trend weight 201.3) I am making some good choices for the meals. Snacks still need to be worked on. Dinner tomorrow with my daughter will be in the next town over and will spill over my allowances. I’ll have to make today an extra good day for compensation. Babysitting DGS #4 today so up & down the stairs I go!
04/23 …..200.6 ….. [/color-blue] (Trend weight 201.2) I’m very happy to see my trend weight going down. Scale up a bit today but I feel very bloated. Diet choices were good yesterday but calorie burn was low level.
04/24 …..204.2 ….. (Trend weight 201.5) 3.6 lbs overnight gain because of dinner out. WTH? Rotiss chicken breast, a side of pasta, a side of cottage cheese. 2 Oatmeal raisin cookies. Not exactly a diet meal but over 3 ½ pounds? Okey dokey. Bad weather has already started for the day. Rain, thunderstorms, hail expected and possible tornado watches today. I guess I’ll be inside.

04/19: 186.2 lbs (+0.6)
14/20: 185.6 lbs (-0.6)
Been more careful about food choices and weighing. Nuts and nut butters are too tempting so they are banished to the back of the pantry, out of sight until I feel like I can eat them in a reasonable amount. I'll get there, my willpower is weak right now though. Also getting in more steps and exercise in general. Determined to end this round lower than I started it.
04/21: 185.8 lbs (+0.2)
Not surprised. Work lunch yesterday and it seemed salty. Drinking lots of water today.

4/17: 133.6 - Happy Easter! Weird eating yesterday - one large meal early afternoon with a lot of heavy snacking and tasting the rest of the day as I prepared for our Easter celebration. Not getting enough sleep though - really, really need to work on this one.
4/18: 133.6 - Another one large meal at lunch with waaaay too many nibbles the rest of the day celebrating Easter with extended family . Good sleep for once though and managed to get my workout in.
4/19: 133.6 - Back on track with eating, although still finishing up food from Easter which is pretty calorie dense. Good workouts and good sleep.
4/20: 134.7 - Had good workouts and good sleep. We met some friends at a restaurant and I still had a hankering for something sweet when we got home. Managed to stop myself before I went over calories, but it was super close.
4/21: 134.7 - Normal-ish workouts and eating. Finally moved into the 21st century and got some bluetooth earbuds to use out on my walks. So convenient!
4/22: 134.0 - Lots of snacky eating yesterday. Need to get back to more balanced meals. We have a lot of social things planned for the next week, so it may be tough.
4/23: 134.7 - Normal eating, but a bit of sampling of things I was cooking. Normal workouts.
4/24: 134.7 - Did an early workout before brunch with friends.

Round 184 ( my 116th for me). Thanks @QuiltingJaine.
It's just over 4 weeks to DS wedding and I still messing about. What can I say that I haven't already. Feeling despondent. Need to lose this round, just lose!Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back under 130. A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

4/17 DNW – 14.72 miles, forgot to take scales away for the bank holiday weekend & couldn't post as I dropped my phone and the screen needs replacing:(.
4/18 DNW – 3.92 miles, travel back home tomorrow will be able to weigh again, not looking forward to it as have slacked over the Easter weekend including chocolate eggs.
4/19 137.8 – 8.14 miles yesterday. Quite relieved at the number on the scales, taking it one day at a time. Attending an Uncle's funeral today followed by lunch out with DSs, going to choose a salad.
4/20 136.6 - 6.6 miles, chose an 8oz steak with salad for yesterday's lunch, all exercise calories eaten back.
4/21 137.4 – 8.12 miles, ate over calories (biscuits!)
4/22 137.4 - 11.67 miles.
4/23 DNW – 8.29 miles walked. Stopped last night in the south Lakes on our way up to Scotland, I did pack the scales but this morning they were dead! Needs a new battery; they are those small flat button ones, so it is going to be midweek before we venture into a town to do any shopping. Meanwhile, I endeavour to keep within calories.
4/24 DNW - 7.39 miles walked. All exercise calories + 9 eaten.

I appreciate that sentiment and will definitely think about it when I make my decision tomorrow morning. I have yet to do the dishes like said I wanted to, so we’ll see if I’m even feeling up to working.5 -

4/17 ~ 184.6 - 15,100 steps and 95 active minutes. Went for a beautiful 6k walk around a lake then a visit with the GDs they are so sweet. Easter dinner today and hopefully a good walk in. Hope everyone had a great round.
4/18 ~ 185.9 - 14,200 and 89. Got in a small walk and had a great dinner with family including dessert, chocolate and wine!! SO has gone off to work, looks like a few weeks so I should be able to get back to my lower weight soon. Just have to fight all this rain in the forecast. Oh so looking forward to sunny days.
4/19 ~ 186.6 - 17,600 and 118. Little unexplained jump up. My days have been like that the last few, not worried as I am still going in the right direction for calories and exercise. Got in a great walk yesterday in the pouring rain.
4/20 ~ 185.8 - 21,800 and 156. Long after work walk. NSV I have fit back into some of my spring clothes! Plus some of the clothes I've been wearing are a little too large. In the next few weeks I'll remove them from my closet. Scale reads are all over the place and I have a small road trip into Vancouver Thursday/Friday which I'm sure will effect my calorie intake and exercise but I am aware. The 170's are just going to take a few tries to get to, lol.
4/21 ~ 183.8 - 17,100 and 118. It was pouring rain but I got out there and got SOAKED! I do enjoy my walks even in the rain. I don't think I will be able to weigh in tomorrow or will be a different scale or maybe when I get back home late late Friday night, will see. Nice to see this 183 but after my road trip it'll bounce back up. I just have to get back here and I'll be fine!
4/22 ~ DNW - 13,600 and 76. Not bad for lots of driving and sitting. Hotel had a scale but the battery was dead. Ate mindfully and slept horribly. Happy Friday all!
4/23 ~ 182.7 - 19,600 and 108. Wow, that’s a surprise. Did lots of walking in the beautiful sunshine (finally!) Ate out for all 3 meals. Granola bowl for breakfast with a vanilla latte. Avocado salad for lunch with an Iced latte and a Salmon burger with green salad on the ferry home. Had a great time with my Mom ❤️ … I am way way behind on reading posts but I’m here cheering for you!! Hope your weekend is sunny ☀️
4/24 ~ 182.9 - 24,800 and 189. Nice sunny day and went for a great walk.

4/24 / 167 / Well today was a whirlwind! A bit of work, a brunch buffet to celebrate a 55th wedding anniversary for a couple that's dear to us, and then a trip to the mountains for a 60KM bike ride. Ready for bed!

4/25 - 152.8 - Typical weekend bump. I didn't get quite enough water and I spent yesterday morning outside manually chopping up and removing roots from where I plan my garden to be. It was humid and I simply couldn't catch back up. Plus, probably retaining some water in muscles from the manual labor. Don't feel sore, but doesn't mean I'm not retaining anything. Dinner was also quite heavy, beer can chicken with fried okra and baked parmesan zucchini. I don't look overly bloated so I think it'll drop once I'm back on track with water and eating routine. Today's lunch is leftover meat from fajitas, steak and chicken. Out of bell peppers, but I have mini bell peppers (raw) to munch on. We have a kitchenette here at work so I can always take a little break to chop and cook those up should meetings allow. I have the last of my overnight oats for today. Need to figure out what I can bring for lunch for the next 3 mornings. My "mcmuffins" don't take too long to make so I may make those up in the evening or real quick in the morning before I leave for the day. Going to slowly try to push my breakfast further and further out and get back to fasting this week. It may take a couple weeks for my body to slowly adjust

Previous Day's Comments4/17 - DNP
4/18 - Not quite enough water through the weekend. I did manage to get my 90oz yesterday but our Easter lunch (Linner?) is still bubbling in there this morning. Not sure if it's not sitting right or what. At least I don't feel sick, just uncomfortable. A bit of a lazy weekend, too. I think we all needed it after work weeks followed by crazy, hectic, busy weekends doing manual labor. Back on water this morning to hopefully get this bloat down a bit, I'm feeling extra bleh carrying it around. Not much else to report.
4/19 - Got some of that bloat to disappear and I feel better. Mirror isn't as friendly as the feeling, so good thing I'm focusing on health and not looks. Looks will come in time with a consistent healthy lifestyle. Tracked all food and stayed under "exercise" calories (which was just the little bit of walking I managed throughout the day). I'm content with that. High likelihood I'll have to travel next week for work. Looks like leaving Monday, returning Wednesday. I have a couple appointments and an event happening on Friday so it better not go longer than Thursday. Not much else to report, simply chugging along and trying to get back on track health-wise
4/20 - I'm okay with that. BF made steak and chicken fajitas for dinner using the bell peppers I got (thankfully he used them before they went bad!) It was a bit heavy as I got home later than usual due to weather (apparently people can't drive over 20-30mph down the highway when its sprinkling rain so it took me 2.5hrs to get home. Usually only takes 1.5 hours). Didn't look as squishy and bloated as yesterday so it's progress in the mirror at least. Feel a tad lighter, too. Breakfast is overnight oats again. I'm really loving this oats kick I'm on. They definitely keep me full until lunch, unlike my "egg mcmuffin" breakfast. Plus, I can customize it a little every day so it doesn't feel like I'm eating the same thing on repeat. Not much else to report.
4/21 - Salt? Lack of sleep? Who knows. I feel bloated, but not necessarily heavier so I think this is simply water retention. Baked chicken thighs with homemade garlic butter noodles and green beans. Same thing for lunch today. I'll take it easier on the noodles for lunch as tonight we are doing pizza (frozen kind) and watching the new Batman. BF has been itching to watch it since it was released on HBOMax on Monday but wanted BigBro and I around to watch with him (he can be sweet in the oddest ways, I swear...) I have a bell pepper and some mini peppers I can munch on to add for veggies tonight.

/ none / Welp, this is a well-deserved kick in the teeth. Easter dinner was AMAZING. My contribution was a spiral cut ham on the smoker with lots of “value added,” like maple syrup with brown sugar-based meat rub between every layer. I ate too much of that plus twice baked potatoes, green bean casserole, corn pudding, dinner rolls, strawberry rhubarb pie, etc. etc. (did I mention Easter candy?)
So, today’s reading is not totally me. It includes all the above and significant water retention.
Happy Monday all!

Hi I'm Allison. I've been experiencing 2 types of things regarding my weight. Either it stays the same - at 180, OR, I go 2 pounds down, then 2 pounds up - LOL. Time to change this. A couple of years ago I made it down to 160. But my calorie intake was too low and therefore unsustainable.
Day/Weight/Comment
4/17 - 180
4/18 - 180 ** Gonna try to be positive and make this work
4/19 - 179.6 ** I’m going to make today a good day food wise. My legs hurt yesterday - so I think today I’ll take a break from walking/treadmill/elliptical - and do some arm work. Will continue yoga, too. On Day 3 of Yoga with Adriene - her 30 day series which began in January. There’s so much I can’t do ! But, I’m still going to try.
4/20 - 179.4 ** Yesterday was successful in terms of me eating within my calorie range. And I did my activities. I see no reason why I can’t repeat this today.
4/21 - 179.4 ** Woke up early - felt hungry. Just drinking some hot coffee and waiting a few hours before eating breakfast. I hope to be active today outside - weather should be nice. And I want to get my bicycle out of the shed. Haven’t ridden it in at least 2 years. I readjusted my weight loss goal to 1 pound per week - and it put my calorie intake at 1290. Also I decided not to continue with the 30 day yoga series because I can’t do half the things the instructor does. I need to do in person classes - or get a teacher to help me figure out a routine that works for me.
4/22 - 179.4 ** I’m still pushing forward today with eating at my suggested calorie level.
4/23 - 179.6 ** I’m considering weighing myself once a week instead of daily. This way I’m only disappointed I didn’t lose one time per week instead of 7. LOL.
4/24 -
4/25 - 178.8 ** So I ate more calories Saturday - ate foods off my meal plan - and didn’t totally stick to eating plan Sunday. I was expecting to see a slight weight increase. Instead, I lost almost a pound.
