Hi OP! In my POV, if you are hitting your goals 5 days a week that is pretty good and don't sweat the weekends. That goes for IF or working out or sleep pattern or whatever it is you want to accomplish. Good for you! Love of YHWH if we were not meant to have children we would not have the eggs and uterus ... If it had been the 1800's at least one of you if not both of you would have died ... so if she doesn't like modern medicine she is welcome to never use it again. So glad you dumped that dead weight!

So the 2.5 cups I ate just log it as 54% of the bag and call it a day. I think really its the whole trying to watch sodium that really irked me more than having to take a higher calorie hit. Thanks for your input.

Then what? Which calorie def do I use? The one where the 500 grams = 200 calories or the one where 500 grams = 165 calories?
