Between my kids and my husband my house is full of snacks And treats. My husband often eats breakfast from take out and eats it while I work out right in front of him. I don't really care. I guess my wants to look and feel better out way my want to eat that stuff.

No! You have to realize this effects elderly, vets, those on disability ect... I'm not about to try and control what another person eats and as far as my tax dollars going to food stamps I'd rather pay to help people eat then pay for a ton of other things they go towards.

I am not sure what kind I have didn't know there were different ones until today. I've had this issue as far back as I can remember and I'm 30 now Mines always noticable but pain went from once a month if I slept wrong to everyday. Both hips hurt but one much worse and pain shoots down my leg to my knee. I will be trying…

Day one focused on core and day two was more cardio with lots of lunges and squats. It's p90x2

My goal is 35 in 6 months seems like I'm not gonna reach it as I'm loosing slower then I'd hope to but I'm gonna keep going.

I would like to be 135 but currently 170 so I have a long ways to go :(

I think I'm just nervous that when I check I won't be down as much as I think I should be. After reading a lot of post on the this site I think I thought I could loose faster then I will.

80-200 calories is ok with me. Probably nothing over 250. Thank you for all your ideas. Yesterday I had strawberries with fat free cool whip I'm not a huge fan eater but it was very good.
