Anyone else have cravings around that time of month? Just ate 4 cookies and half a jar of salty chips seriously having issues the last 3 months in a row controlling my cravings during this time. Any suggestions on what might help? I get so down on myself when I mess up this bad.

Snapping hip
I have had snapping hip since I can remember it use to only cause me pain on occasion but now it's all the time. Much worse when I'm trying to sleep. Only time it was brought up to a doctor I was in my early teens and told to stretch more that it was common so I've never been too concerned but the pain is pretty severe now…

I am new to working out. I have worked out only the past 2 days today I'm feeling sore and my legs feel a little weak. Should I push through and work out again today or take a break after just 2 days of workouts?

I want something sweet but can't find anything store bought (I don't want to make it) low enough in calories besides 2 bite brownies or something. What are some things not too high in calories but larger lol?

Anyone have p90x2? Recently got it and 3 day Shakeology to try. I am 5ft 5in and need to loose 35 pounds. I worked out yesterday and almost too sore to move now today. I'd like to have some friends here we could help motivate each other and share our weight loose journey
