  • I lost track of my walking today not a structured walk but in and out to check the de frosting freezer then to clean up some plants put stuff away etc rain looking like a fair amount so I even covered 2 of the wood piles

  • Walked twice yesterday not the usual distance but done. Todays task is to unload the firewood from the truck to the wood rack my cardio and strength workout
  • Oh I am so late my May is slipping by to quickly. I am working hard on my time for a 5K walk in June I decided to give it a try it’s definitely out of my comfort zone but I am excited to try dh is doing it with me as well. So far still maintaining my set habits.
  • A pass day a 30th birthday dinner (it’s really 5/1) for my daughter to much good food. Minimal exercise but did my best to track and log. My April inspiration I finally registered myself and dh for the 5K Whiskey Run to benefit a local interpretive center this is a first for me! I plan to walk as I would struggle to run.
