Nothing Special about it???? increased energy, Brain function, reduced risk of type II diabetes, reduced insulin levels, reduced appetite. just to name a few... The toughest part is getting keto adapted "keto Flu" and ensure you are taking enough electrolytes.

I am in law Enforcement and if it is slow I can work up to 3hr a week on the clock. I am currently working 0000-1200 shifts overnight so finding time to work out hasn't been an issue.
