its not the shift that messes with my sleep it is switching shifts and days off that mess with mine. I usually stay up for 22+ hours on my last shift. to try to wake up with the family.

Back on Midnights 00:00-12:00 it was nice having a different schedule for training and travel. Oh well back to the crazies of the night shift.

was on a day off and about to go to sleep at 2200 got called in for 0000-08:00. I am going on 24 hrs up straight. worse part is that when I get off shift I have my 1 year old today so no sleep till 18:00 or so when my wife gets back home.
