I’m a Control Room Operator at a sand plant.
I had the maintenance install a pull-up bar on my door. I also have a perfect push-up, a yoga mat to stretch and do ab workouts

I work in a Early Years setting with 3 and 4 year olds and as well as going on a weekly woods walk I also spend a decent amount of the day running around the garden playing superheroes.1

I am in law Enforcement and if it is slow I can work up to 3hr a week on the clock. I am currently working 0000-1200 shifts overnight so finding time to work out hasn't been an issue.3

Online fitness coach x Student. I basically set my own schedule, so I work out when I want to. Spoiled, I know.
This summer however I was working as a software developer for a big firm and got up at 5 AM to do a workout before work, that works too, but not nearly as comfortable as my life is now.2
