  • Sounds like he isn't really a "Dad" but rather a sperm donor. It's very difficult when the people who are supposed to love you, don't. As mentioned several times above, there is no reason to actively pursue a relationship with someone whose only role is to make you feel bad. Life is too short to put up with insensitive…
  • I find that i have the most trouble when I consume wine. It doesn't have to be much wine but when I drink I start making really poor food decisions. My only decision is "what do I want more, wine or weight loss" Occasionally wine wins.

It's a Lennox, we've had it for about a year and are quite pleased with it. We also buy nuts, paper goods, detergent, eggs, some snacky things sometimes. Most recently…
  • I've used carbquick on a number of occasions. It makes a pretty good impossible pie. If you like it and only use it in moderation I expect that it will have few negative effects. I generally don't use prepared food mainly because I think I do things better than mass produced food. I don't measure blood sugar so I don't…
  • There is a way to "trick" MFP to calculate net carbs. I've been using it for years and find it most helpful. Here's the link https://github.com/Surye/mfp-keto-userscript
