MFP tells me i have lost 19.2 but it is 20. I put 236 instead of 237!

So I entered my weight wrong in MFP when I first started but today I am down 20 pounds in less than a month. I know a lot is water weight from keto, but I'll take it! I have kidney failure and take a lot of meds including blood pressure and diuretics. If my kidneys aren't too fried hopefully I can get off some of the meds!…

@lacatgirl great losses! I just went on a trip with my family and I found really great options thst didn't make me feel guilty. Of course, i'm doing keto so i am ok with eating fried things. Are you allowed to bring food? Maybe pack some yummy healthy snacks?

@djou11 thanks! Keto is great! I had symptoms of the "flu" a few days in but they went away. I just got back from a trip to San Francisco with my hubs and kids and I didn't cheat at all, even used the hotel gym. Pretty proud about it! I am feeling pretty energized too!

I've got the same thing going on but only on day 8 of keto. My poor husband is always hearing it from me lately. I do notice that it's worse when I am really hungry, so I need to try and eat every few hours.

So my weight went from 228 to 221 during the week then!

I make a spinach and mixed greens salad with bay shrimp (the tiny ones), and it is really good. I keep them cold and they give protein, too!

I'm confused. I chose weigh-in day as Sunday, but I had to give it yesterday? Idk but I started with 228 and am now 221

Starting weight was : 227-228 (can't remember what I put) Week 1 weight: 222! Keto is helping me, as long as I eat enough and not get so hungry that I bite everyone's heads off!

I'm not sure if you have TJ Maxx where you live, but I just went there and bought 3 pair for under $40. They have good, name brands that are quality and $10-15 each.

I am doing keto and I am really enjoying chia pudding with lots of cinnamon and pink sugar (the pink packets, calorie free), and sugar free jello! You can do this!

Hello, new to posting. I started keto monday and have lost 3 pounds for a total of 11 in the past few weeks. Kids and husband wanted french bread pizza so I made a portobello mushroom pizza with spicy marinara, italian cheese, salami, spinach and broccoli.
