I do OMAD and eat between 5-6. I do my workouts after work, around 230 and stay for about an hour. Afterward, i go home and shower and cook dinner. I’m down 23 pounds since August 1st, and I just started working out two weeks ago. It’s working great!

I did keto in 2018. I lost 70 pounds from end of March to beginning of Sept. As soon as I fell off the wagon I went crazy and gained it all PLUS 15 extra! Here I am again, trying to lose weight! I think it can be good, but it’s gotta be a lifestyle change and not a “diet”

I use sweatcoin. It tracks your outdoor steps and gives you “coins” based on how much you walk. You can spend the coins on all kinds of stuff.

Thanks for the advice. I do have considerable medical problems and really need to lose weight. This is being done under the supervision of my doctor, so maybe I’ll get advise from her on iron rich foods.

I eat between 1300-1450 calories a day, gym 5 times a week for elliptical and weights. I have lost 45 pounds in a little over 4 months.

Hello! I ate between 1300-1450 calories per day, carbs 30-35 per day. As for weights I just go around to the different weight machines and adjust as needed. I do 3 sets of 12 when lifting weights so I want one that is heavy but not too heavy to finish my 3 sets of 12! Good luck, you got this!
