So I did a thing ... Cauliflower pizza

I just googled one . And tweeked it
6 slices @ 175 calores depending on toppings..
1 bag frozen cauliflower
1 lg egg
3 tbsp. Fat free cream cheese
3 tbsp. Grated parm
1 tbsp garlic
5 fresh basil leaves
Mix all in food processer
Spread till thin onto parchment
Bake at 425 for 20 mins
Cool compleatly flip and peel paper off crust top and bake again till cheese is melted

I will have to try that, when I tried to make it I couldn't get the "dough" dry enough.
At what point did you add the tomatoes and olives?0 -
I keep seeing recipes using riced cauliflower as a crust, but I haven't tried it yet.0

I do, too. Not because of braces but because I choose to. Actually, I use a knife and a fork.4 -
