I've had two c-sections and have never had issues but I know someone who has. She wears a waist cincher and says it keeps the pressure to a minimum. Maybe that would help?

I started low carb about 4 months ago and have lost 45 pounds. I had never been to a gym until I started in March (I am 31), but started with the treadmill and whatever weight machines I felt like doing. Now I usually do the elliptical machine and lift different weights for 20-30 minutes.

Sorry, forgot to post yesterday! My sister got married this weekend and we were SO busy! I ate cake for the first time since march, and I drank tons of champagne. Didn't hit the gym at all last week so i'm happy with my one pound loss! Stacybaker707 Sunday This week: 195

Stacybaker707 Weigh in day: Sunday Last week's weight: 199 Current weight: 197.6 Not too bad for summer, not really going to the gym. Went to the river yesterday and ate some chips, was worried about it but didn't go overboard. Packed some greek yogurt and atkins snacks for sweet cravings!

I buy cold brewed coffee from safeway, add half & half, sugar free vanilla syrup and a splenda packet. Super creamy & yummy!

Sorry that is happening to you. I started with very high cholesterol before doing keto. I did try to hit all my fat macros but it was hard. Weight loss dropped my cholesterol to where I would not need medicine. Now I just eat whatever is low carb, I don't follow if I'm getting enough fat or not. Wish I had more advice but…

Got on the scale today just for the heck of it (I usually weigh once a week on Sundays), hoping for it to be under 200. This is what I saw: Wish me luck for tomorrow!! (PS- Sorry for the dirty scale!!)

I like to take salami or lunchmeat chicken or turkey, cheese, pickles, pepperoncinis, and spinach dip and put them in a tupperware. I can roll them up with whatever combo sounds good. Easy, fast, low carb.

@wyhorzegal I have the same goal! I'm actually hoping to leave the 200's by the last day of school (June 14th!). I just headed to the gym and did treadmill on hill setting for 45 minutes as well as walking during work! We got this!!

Peppercorn pork tenderloin, caesar salad, and parmesan zucchini! Came in at 11.9 net carbs when added the croutons. I hadn't eaten all day so I splurged!
