I care! I was weighing everyday, now I am only weighing on Thursdays and Sundays for two different MFP challenges. It is nice to be able to see bigger losses vs tiny everyday losses. I know I am sticking well within my calories and been to the gym at least 5X week.

I am 5'6", started at 237 and currently below 215 (haven't weighed in a few days). I set my goal at 175 as that is what I weighed before I had kids. I am really busty and have big legs and booty, and my husband and I aren't into the stick figure look.

Just wondering if you have had an allergy test? My son is 10 and has had eczema his whole life. We took him completely off dairy and avoided certain foods which did nothing. An allergy test revealed he was severely allergic to dust mites and cats. Not saying it is always like that, but it's a thought. Hope you feel better…

Hello! I started keto a few weeks ago, dieting 32-33 days ago and have lost over 20 pounds. I find that I still get to eat pretty great food on keto and half the time I am too full to eat my daily calories.

I started keto almost a month ago and I had the same issues at first. I do eat a lot of avocado, broccoli, spinach, and chia. Also, this can be bad for some people but a sugar free hard candy or two usually speeds things along.

@dinazidan87 yep, 20 pounds in 27 days. I started keto, starting walking, eating less and going to the gym 6-7 days a week.

It also has to do with your activity level. I set mine to 2/week and it gave me 1200. I moved it to lightly active and it gave me 1430. I'm doing keto so I stay full on very little calories.

I'm doing keto but i love string cheese, individual packs of pistachios and/or almonds, or veg and ranch dip.

I have started keto less than a month ago and am down 20 pounds. I am hardly ever hungry. I stay under 30 per day.

Good luck! I am really enjoying keto. Eating so much meat/cheese/veggies keeps me full for hours and I am hardly ever hungry.
