Its definitely different for guys than girls. But what has worked for me, and didnt really think it would make a differnce. Is fast first portion of the day and not every day, exercise with weights vs cardio, cardio should not be the main part of your workout, but added at the end of your workout. GL

So far have managed to drop quite a few lbs, and fasting and hitting the sauna every so often, have helped in loosing belly fat. But being in calorie deficit has been the key with lifting weights and continuing to have cardio as part of my routine, just not the main meal.

I haven't read the previous posts, but the thing that's worked for me the most has definitely been watching what I eat and only consuming calories needed for the day in order to meet my long term goal. This app has been really great at helping me do that.
