Yes NON-organic dairy is extremely bad for a whole body. It’s not dairy that causes health problems but hormones IN dairy itself! Best substitute would be organic dairy only or goat milk/kefir/yogurt. Also green smoothies are great for breakfast or for snack.

Stairs are the best to strengthen any weak knees!! Also but kicks are great for knees, you lie in your stomach and do butt kicks for 2 minutes - 6 minutes

Do anti cellulite massage daily with any vegetable oil. Do right after shower at evenings. It’s very effective if you do it daily. You’ll get better at doing if you do it consistently. Watch YouTube videos for how to do it.

The secret in restaurant dressings is honey or sugar! It really enhances the taste in any salad.

Eat more non processed raw vegetables and fruits. Eat at least one big salad and for dressing use fresh lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar with flaxseed oil or hempseed oil. For tea drink more caffeine free herbal teas instead of caffeine.

Drink herbal teas like nettle, red raspberry leaf, mint, basil, or lavender. Also add seeds in your tea like fennel seeds.

Drink water with small pinch of cinnamon. It kills sugar cravings in instant. Just don’t abuse it or your body will stop reacting to this trick.
