Lol this is my 3rd time filling this same post out i keep hitting done instead of post. Anyway 35yr old female currently at 160 would like to get down to 130 but would love to be down to 150 at least by may. In may i will have spinal fusion surgery which will put me down for a few weeks. So i would rather not add on too much to my weight during that time. I have a gym down the street but its just hard to get motivated to go. So far i am doing good at logging my food in. I just started this journal last week. Also how do we go about motivated each other. Do we do it through phone calls or emails. Im not sure if i would remember to check the community page.

Eat more non processed raw vegetables and fruits. Eat at least one big salad and for dressing use fresh lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar with flaxseed oil or hempseed oil. For tea drink more caffeine free herbal teas instead of caffeine.6

Ten pounds in a month is very aggressive. At best I would aim for half of that, and then after your surgery eat at maintenance while your body recovers.1
