And I don't drink coffee so um any alternative? Would 2 chicken tenderloins, some nuts and lettuce do? I know theres more protein than fat but i heard too much fat to break a fast is bad so overall i dont know what to do

Its been around 5 months so whats an estimate. Because ive been calorie counting to lose 1.5 pound fat per week ans if thats so the average weight should have dropped at least a bit

Im for sure always in some kind of deficit. I might sneak like 10 almonds some day but im still eating at a 600-1000 calorie deficit and thats from my maintainence calories. I just put the exercise thing in my bmr by multiplying by 1.4 so then all i needed to do was count food calories
