  • Hi all, I have a new knee arthritis after years of "gardening my brains out". Have been carrying an extra 40 pounds, have already, over the past 2 months, lost 15 using a 1200 calorie diet on MFP (!!), and am patiently waiting for more pounds to start spilling off. ElizaE
  • Finally lost another 3 lbs after my monthlong plateau, because I quit eating back the calories MFP said I had burned. I'm now 1/2way to my weight goal, but far from my strength and flab-free goals.
