If I don't drink enough water, I get awful cramps in my arms, fingers and legs. Plain water is boring so I add a little tube of flavored powder to it. I keep a 32 oz insulated cup filled with ice and flavored water close at hand at all times so my daily water intake is enough to prevent the cramps.

Thank you for that. And the offer of friendship. I am still figuring things out but making progress. We have a new YMCA in the area. I am a member an am going to try to go at least 3 times a week. I think where I failed before was in setting unrealistic (for me) goals.
