Hi I did slimming world on and off for 10yrs although last 4yrs I never missed a class but also never hit target and actually weighed more when I left so back to calorie counting 👍. Good luck

Been on hrt exactly 17 days and don't think it will be much longer feel dreadful on them had severe stomach cramps and backache all day and certainly don't feel myself which isn't helping. Not done any cycling and hardly any running. I've lost 2lbs this week with IF.

To be honest I'm struggling think of a goal other than losing weight and getting fitter which is probably where I'm going wrong 😣. I've got no real focus. That and too many classes.

Thanks everyone. I did go body pump last night but mainly because my daughter was team teaching as part of her training. I got through it better than Saturday but couple of members been over to me see if I was ok one said I'd lost my sparkle so there must be obvious change in my demeanour. I'm not in rest of week now.
