I realize what whole 30 is and it’s a way of eating that I have adopted. I understand now that I did not change my goals in the macro area to be correct. I have done so and will see how this goes. Thank you for the guidance everyone! I was eating too many carbs. I thought the MFP had adjusted correctly.
