My goal is to be under 200lbs so 199 for good measure. I don’t know the last time I’ve been under 200, maybe when I was a kid. I’m about 6lbs away, soon as I reach that goal. I would like to lose more and keep up the new lifestyle :)

Congrats! That’s incredible. I’m done about 50lb. I’ve been working on losing weight for a long time. The problem is that it didn’t take over night to put it on. Just have to two twice as hard but it’s worth it and keep up the great work! Always accepting friends!

What motivates me? Knowing it’s possible whatever your goal is you can do it. Also, taking it one day at a time. Foods! Who doesn’t love food? Who doesn’t love sweet snacks? It’s all about finding something that can fulfill your craving, start with one pieces of chocolate then come back in 10 minutes and see if you really need more.
