I was on the M5 today for 1 hour and 40 mins and burn 515 calories. Not sure if this is a good or bad idea but I don’t burn enough calories in 14-20 mins. If I do 20 mins I only burn 100 calories. Does anyone know how I use the heart rate monitor too ?

I was on the Bowflex for 1hour and 47 mins at a resistance level 2 to burn 515 calories. My goal is to Burn this much. At 20 minutes I burn only 100 calories . I tried to up my resistance but it’s so hard
