I agree with what @CharlieBeansmomTracey said. It's a good basis for starting. Then, fine tune to your own body and satiety. @nanda7114 be specific. What's going on that makes you feel like you're failing? I'm no expert, but am having excellent success. I'd like to know about your experience.

I've been eating Keto for a month now -- down 20 lbs already (30 to go). Everyone is different, but this is a lifestyle I can definitely live with for the long term. As @ladipoet said, you might want to try the LCD group (linked above). Good group! There's also a good Keto group on MFP.

My wife and I tried them a few nights ago. IF you discard the water, ignore the initial smell and then rinse or cook them a bit to remove all the "fishy water", the soak up the flavor of whatever you cook with them quite well. We went back and bought 5 more packages to enjoy different shapes with other dishes.

I'm using Mi Fit, MFP & Google Fit. Nothing seems to be exact....and all 3 show different amounts of "walks", steps, etc. It's frustrating, but I'm being patient while I search for help.
