Your treats can be bad depending on how much you have. Low fat popcorn? Very little dark chocolate?

Been thinking about starting back up, used to do 2 minute planks every day but quit so im in for the rest of may for doing as many as i can, turning 65 this year and trying to drop some weight and working on better health
