  • Unfortunately in the same boat as well. However, as tough as it sounds, there’s not much anyone can say to help. You have to find what motivates you to keep you determined. I would look at your macros in regards to not feeling satisfied. Some of it might boil down to habit, but there could be some tweaking done to feel…
  • I started over from an account that was decently known and had a 1000+ day streak. Personally, I just wanted the fresh start. It’s completely dependent on what would be better for you.
  • It’s 2am, this is a zombie thread, and I read it as “White Line”. Sadly disappointed that I thought I was going to get 5-10 minutes worth of entertaining reading.
  • I couldn’t resist this.. Wisconsinite here. One day the UP and all the Yoopers will belong to us.
  • Good luck! Just be aware that typically the last fitting is about 3 months out of you don’t want to pay an arm for emergency alterations. Don’t do what I did and have to wear padding inside a bra to keep mine up on the wedding day.
  • I ended up on Effexor for depression, and it was by far the worst time of my life. I would’ve rather had the depression at that point. It made me so sick that they ended up listing it as an allergy for me. If I wasn’t sick, I was completely foggy. It’s crazy/interesting how a medication can affect folks differently.
  • Wouldn’t mind some active friends after I switched accounts. It’s so quiet on my feed these days. I love weight lifting and running, gaming, and Disney.. just to list a few.
  • I used to have a 1000+ day streak. I abondoned that account in hopes to just start fresh and reclear my head. 5’9”, 169lbs, hoping to get to about 145-150lbs.
  • You’ve done it before, so you know what you need to do. I am currently in a similar boat. I had what felt like injury after injury the last year and half, to the point that I abondoned my 1000+ day account along with friends because I was so frustrated. In the process, I gained about 20lbs back, which has me feeling…
  • I just had a bout of TMJ this summer after no problems for years after my braces and jaw expander. I couldn’t talk, eat, or sleep without immense pain. I ended up at my dentist who referred me to a physical therapist. Come to find out, my trap muscle was all sorts of messed up which was affecting muscles in my jaw. After a…
  • The Planet Fitness I belonged to did have their lunk alarm on, but no one really cared. Typically it went off if someone dropped weights. Can’t say I’ve ever seen it over grunting. OP, if you’re just looking for your run of the mill gym, PF will suit your needs. One thing I do commend them on is their cleanliness and how…
  • Beer. I never ever drink calories and never have, so when I started drink craft beer, it got depressing real quick.
