I understand your cravings. I get them often too and I often consume a ton of sugar in one sitting. I've found that eating a salad with a sweet low fat dressing has helped a little. I've been doing 1300 calories and it seems to be doable for me! Especially if you do a workout and earn a few hundred more calories. Make sure you ear snacks that are low cal like fruits and veggies and light/low fat items.

I was super self-conscious about my stomach and how it bulges out of certain shirts. People say I'm not fat but I want to feel more confident in my body when it comes to my stomach.
