Help me in my Diet

Hi ... I did a low caloried diet through 1 mounth and I did not get the wanted results ....How many calories should I eat daily to lose 1kg per week ....and what if I do exrcises and things like that !!!

    That’s going to depend on your stats and if 1 kg a week is a feasible option

    Plug your stats into mfp, and get a calorie goal. Log accurately and consistently and hit your cal goal. Log your exercise and eat back at least some of those calories too.

    1 kg per week is only advisable if you have a lot of weight to lose, at least 50 lbs or more. For most people 1 lb is more reasonable.

    Height/Weight/Age/Daily Activity level --> put those into MyFitnessPal.
    1 kg might be too much. Try 1/2 kg.

    I've been doing 1300 calories and it seems to be doable for me! Especially if you do a workout and earn a few hundred more calories. Make sure you ear snacks that are low cal like fruits and veggies and light/low fat items.
