Steps today, 4440 Day off, lazy day, went for a drive in the Country with the roof down, then hot tub, took the dog for a walk in the evening, nice day

I wouldn't look, its not diet food π€¦ββοΈπi keep having really bad cravings for things i shouldn't be eating since trying to follow this low cholesterol diet, its really harsh

My right big toe joint has swollen up and really painful, so not as many steps today (7,790) most of those done at work, wont be doing many more ive got my feet up now. The diet is going well, although have a massive craving for a battenburg cake and custard, not giving in though π

@lindamtuck2018, i didnt feed chickpea bolognese to my husband, he definitely wouldn't be happy π, hes on his own diet atm of ham salad for every dinner and lunch so we're eating seperately. I dont think i could eat the same thing every meal, not sure how he does that

Steps today 10,486, busy day. I made a pasta bolognese with chickpeas tonight instead of mince meat. It was a bit strange, but i think i can get used to it, ive made a batch to freeze anyway, be easy for me on week nights.

Hope you all had a good weekend, i was visiting family today so not as many steps, i did go for a walk after dinner though, so todays steps were 6131. My husband asked me to stop at the shops and buy him bacon fries, and i got them for him and nothing for me, so was a good NSV

Keeping a food diary, and cutting out those trans fats.. Honestly never realised how much my diet was full of them before. I cant believe ive managed to shift this much weight in 2 weeks, when ive been trying since January and nothing was happening. Im glad ive found something that is finally working. Also joining thisβ¦

Mine tend to happen late in the evening, sometimes i just drink a full glass of water, and if that doesn't work, i go to bed to stop myself!

Hi everyone, hope your Saturday was a good one. Got some jobs done this morning, then the dreaded food shopping at Tesco, Then had a shandy in the garden, went for a brisk walk this evening, then had 30 minutes in the hot tub. Still really struggling with my new diet, but am sticking to as much as possible. Steps todayβ¦

Im allowed dark chocolate but was going to limit it to a small piece at the weekend. Last night i had banana with greek yoghurt with tsp of honey and it satisfied my sweet craving a bit but not entirely . Sounds like your doing great, its good you found a low cal alternative
