Weigh in day PW 163.7 (i think) CW- 163.3 I would like to drop to the lower end of my maintenance range really. Ive been trying to earn google heart points this week, ive earned around 78 so far with extra walking. Pilates is going well too.

Weigh in PW 163 CW- 163.7 I joined a new pilates group this week. I haven't practiced pilates properly for 2 years so it was good to go back to it. Its really handy too because i can just go on my way home from work every Tuesday. Just need to get rid of the xmas biscuits now!

Weigh in PW-164 CW-163 I ate what i wanted over Christmas but have been mindful not to overeat, been for a few long walks which has helped. Im happy because i would normally gain about 7 pounds during December. Happy new year to everyone, hope 2023 is a good one for you

Quite pleased with myself so far this week, been surrounded by so much food, especially chocolate and cake and ive not felt tempted at all, im keeping im mind i dont want to put the weight back on over Christmas

Forgot to submit my weight yesterday, here it is PW-160.5 CW- 161.5 It was my birthday on Thursday so we had a meal out and there was desert, plus costa gave me a free cake and latte yesterday so was expecting a gain this week. Still within my maintenance though so its all good

Im going to eat well on Xmas day but aside from that i will eat as normal. Limit chocolate and alcohol. Cheese and crackers are normally my downfall at Christmas so will limit those too. Everything in moderation! Planning on going for some longer walks to help burn off any excess cals
