Weigh in: PW-163 CW-162 1 pound lost. I seem to be maintaining between 162 and 164 for weeks now. I think im ok as i am, dont really need to loose anymore, can you switch me to the maintenance group for November please. Thanks for all your support 😊

Sorry im late submitting my weight, was busy day yesterday 2 pound gain this week 👎 not been careful enough with food and drink PW-161 CW-163 will be more careful this week

I forgot to submit my weight yesterday, mind busy on other things. I had went to an 'away day' at work with 'team building' exercises it was hideous 😖 Anyway my weight has stayed the same but its better than gaining PW-162 CW-162 Hope everyone has a good weekend, ill be recovering from the horror of the away day ☺️

Weigh day! I was dreading it but ive lost a pound. Found it difficult to exercise before or after work, so i exercise in work instead by climbing the stairs to the tower block at least once a day PW- 163 CW- 162 Happy Friday, hope you all have a great weekend

PW - 163 CW - 163 Feeling lucky not to have gained to be honest, dinner choices haven't been great this, week plus ive had chocolate. I think i did help myself though by keeping the portion sizes small and i took the stairs to the tower block at work almost every day instead of getting the lift and ive made my morning walk…

PW- 164 CW- 164 I lost a few ounces, ah well better than nothing, will keep at it, i will win eventually 😊 I actually only want to loose about another 7 pounds and i will be at my goal weight. Cant go any lower, i did before and i started looking too thin, even though id still be classed as overweight on the BMI chart!
