    @fatfifties Could you take me out of the Christmas challenge? I think at this point the best I can hope for is to lose my gains from the past 5 or 6 weeks.

    Obviously i was retaining lots of water last week. I officially canceled the movie with my granddaughter. It’s settled into my chest and I am on my puffers. If it’s not better by Monday I will call the doctor.

    Thursday check-in 11/17

    TGIF team. Just a quick check in as it’s been another one of those busy days. I’m feeling much better from my cold tho I still have a bit of a snotty nose. I managed my health karate class this morning. I struggled a bit as my sciatica is acting up again. I just took some ibuprofen for the inflammation so I’m hoping I am better for tomorrows Karate class. I’m super excited for tomorrow because it’s the one class everyone is wearing a KarareGi. I finally found one that fits. I’m going to surprise my Sensei. He has been waiting for me to find one as I’m the only onesie the class who has yet to wear one. It’s a bit long in the arms and legs but nothing that can’t be fixed. I’ll add a pic at the end of my post.

    I got back to tracking my food and water and got my steps done. Onward and upward!!

    I’m feeling much better. Still sniffly but much much better. My sciatica pain is also better thanks to a few rounds of ibuprofen.

    Today I got my karate done and the Sensei was excited to see that I finally found a KarateGi. We have a presentation to do on December 10th that I’m so nervous about. I must practice at home as much as I can.

    Good evening. I hope you are all warm and dry. That snow looks horrid.

    Steps - 2985. Stayed home most of the day. Trying to get my back better.
    Calories - 2795. Ugh.
    Exercise - none. Sea world tomorrow to see the holiday stuff and taste the holiday food.

    Lucky to still have maintained because my eating habits haven't been good this week, feel im starting to slip back into old bad habits so really need to get back to logging consistently and increasing my exercise so thats my aim, starting from now
