I removed exercise and the November badge from my goals for the week. I hope in a few days I can start exercising again. I am still coughing and wheezing but it doesn’t feel like I am breathing through a clogged straw today. I plan on grocery shopping tomorrow. I appreciate my husband shopping the last few weeks but I like picking out my fruit and veggies.

I've been starting to game plan for this. As long as I keep running and keep up my exercise I should be in good shape. I don't really plan on changing a thing actually. I've never felt deprived with me eating during this journey, so I feel confident in maintaining my progress. Still gonna log all my food and pay attention to my portion sizes.2 -

Good evening all. How was your black Friday?
Check in:
Steps - 9135. Shopping. You would think in a tropical coastal city ( San diego) it would be easy to find coral jewelry for my anniversary on Monday. Nope.
Calories - 2625. Better than yesterday, thankfully.
Exercise - lots of shopping but no crowds.4 -
In August 2021, I weighed 276lb and my very ambitious goal was to get to 196lb. Seemed an impossible task to lose 80lb !
Well thanks to this group, I got there in October 22 and then decided I could lose another 7lb. I've had a mega walking month in November and lost that 7lb!
Ive now decided on my final weight! I'm going to get to 175lb. My total loss will be 101lb and I'll be the lowest weight of my adult life!
So counting down my last 14lb which WILL be gone by my 60th birthday in April!

Happy Saturday team.
I’m behind again but only by 2 days this time. I hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving and that there wasn’t too much damage done in the scales. This past Thursday and Friday I for myself to the gym for workouts. My karate sensei is not here this weekend so I did my 2 karate sessions at home to make up for the ones missed. I’ve been doing so much better with my Kata and hope that I can get the moves down correctly before our tournament.
Today I woke up early and did a home gym workout followed by some karate training. I just had my breakfast and now headed for a walk with my good boy Jax. Other than that I plan on it being a laid back Saturday with my family.
