I've been starting to game plan for this. As long as I keep running and keep up my exercise I should be in good shape. I don't really plan on changing a thing actually. I've never felt deprived with me eating during this journey, so I feel confident in maintaining my progress. Still gonna log all my food and pay attention to my portion sizes.

Steps - 9135. Shopping. You would think in a tropical coastal city ( San diego) it would be easy to find coral jewelry for my anniversary on Monday. Nope.
Calories - 2625. Better than yesterday, thankfully.
Exercise - lots of shopping but no crowds.

Well thanks to this group, I got there in October 22 and then decided I could lose another 7lb. I've had a mega walking month in November and lost that 7lb!
Ive now decided on my final weight! I'm going to get to 175lb. My total loss will be 101lb and I'll be the lowest weight of my adult life!
So counting down my last 14lb which WILL be gone by my 60th birthday in April!

Almost got it back down to what I weight 2 weeks ago. It’s so much harder to lose than to gain 🤦🏻♀️

I weighed myself yesterday as per usual but didn't get a chance to post. It was my hubby's birthday so we were busy all day. While there was definitely some splurging in my eating, I feel like I kept it much more managed than I would have in the past. I made him his fav from scratch- yellow cake, chocolate frosting...

I'm so far behind - I'm sorry! My phone storage hit max while I was away for Thanksgiving week (when I was already behind on posting my steps) so I had to offload as many apps as possible so I could still open my texts. A new phone was ordered - early merry Christmas to me from me, lol! I hope it gets here soon.

Happy Sunday team.
I’m running behind today but already it’s not more than a day lol. My Saturday went well. I didn’t make the gym but I still did a workout in my home gym followed by some karate.
Today I went to the actual gym with my friend and we had a smashing workout with lots of girlie chit chat. I don’t usually like talking during workouts but we had some good laughs and had a few little dance sessions as the gym was almost empty. Then we went to our village Christmas market to buy cookies made by Sam and his classmates and finished the day off by playing some games with hubby and watching the Spain Vs Germany. I only ever watch football ⚽️ when it’s the World Cup or the euro.
Tomorrow it’s back to the usual week with karate.
