22 pounds away from being in my goal range from 230-235. Omg!
Dang, that is so exciting!!!Got my booster shot yesterday and boy am I feeling it today lol. No side effects before but it's making up for it today. I went for a run this morning and I didn't think it was possible for me to sweat that much
My booster shot laid me flat on my back for 24 hours. It is crazy how something like that can knock you down so fast.0 -

I actually had to call off sick three quarters through my shift yesterday. I was so tired. I couldn't stay awake. Feeling pretty much all better today. Got in my normal workout1

I am so so sorry team. This has been a very busy week for me and I’m sad to say it’s not gonna get any better for the rest of the month. We have been having Christmas concerts with our gospel choir, we have extra karate practices to get ready for our tournament and like has just been insane. I did get all my workouts done for the week. I tried my best with food but didn’t do much logging. Anyway k hope o can do better next week.
