Thank you for the reply. Today for some reason has been super emotional for me. And weighing in after a week and not seeing the 1 pound not lost just did me in. I am going to keep going. Even if I don’t lose anything still.

Thank you for the reply. I just don’t understand the calorie counting. The less calories I eat I should lose weight. I am so new to this, I just want to be successful at my goal to lose weight.
