Did you set up your MFP settings to sync? My samsung gear sport syncs steps and workouts just fine. Only issue I have had is when I sync both in the same day, I end up with a negative calorie adjustment, so I just ignore that part.

I still have it downloaded, but have started playing harry potter: wizards unite much more in it's place.

It counts as 36g of carbs because those 28g do not lose their calorie content. MFP does not distinguish from where those grams of carbs are coming from, just like they do not distinguish from the different types of fat because that is irrelevant to weight loss/gain.

I would love to eat a whole jar of peanut butter right now.

For work, it is the paycheck. For the gym, to constantly better myself and continually improve.

One of my friends had posted something along these lines and I liked it: You have to fall in love with the process. When you are too focused on the end goal, you lose sight of the day to day. This has to be a change in habits otherwise you will just end up back where you started once your goal is reached. It is about…

A chiropractor may help, but I think a PT would be a better fit. I've been struggling with a tight psoas for years (didn't realize) and my chiropractor was treating the symptoms (misaligned hips, tight hamstring), but not the cause (tight psoas). Definitely echoing what others have said. Try out a PT.

Hi! Another 5'4" person here. The posts kimny posted are very helpful for starting out. When is comes to weight loss, slow and steady wins the race. Losing weight too fast can have negative side effects. It is best to lose at a slow to moderate rate for health reasons and also to work on your eating habits and relationship…

I do not like wearing headphones when lifting ( at least not anything with a cord). I prefer music simply because I like noise in the background. I love the sunday mornings when I am the only one in the gym and I get to have control of the radio. During cardio (particularly running), i definitely prefer music to get in the…

Awesome! Thighs for me too. Growing up I always hated having "thunder thighs". Now I love them and appreciate them for all they can do.
