I continue my same workout routine. If cramps are especially bad, I may take ibuprofen or something for it. If I'm not feeling 100%, I may also do a lighter intensity. But I don't skip a workout because of my period.

I agree with the weekly calories. For me, I notice the day of I may not want to eat those calories, but generally I do want to on my rest day. So I try to balance it out throughout the week.

I would suggest taking measurements with a tape measure. You are making progress (you've lost 4kg!) but sometimes it can be hard to see it.

Depends. A quick shower can take 10-15 minutes. A long one can take 30 minutes, then additional time to do hair afterwards. I have heard of shower beers, but not meals.
