These activities did not happen concurrently. I took my son to the park, put him to bed, then watched GOT. Had I showered, one of those activities would not have happened.

I didn't shower after working out yesterday. Instead I took that time to take my son to the park and watch Game of Thrones.

We eat venison all the time. I found venison bacon to taste very similar to turkey bacon. Just like any other meat, very tasty when cooked right.

This would depend on how your face is on the food. Is it an edible picture like you would get on a cake or is a little more Buffalo Bill/Hannibal like?
-
I would still eat food after dancing with it. But, what about food with your face on it?

If you set your goal to lose 1 lb/week, then the 1300 calories already includes a 500 calorie deficit. You should eat all 1300 calories, plus any additional calories from working out.

The night class and then morning lifting would be fine. My only concern would be if you are able to get enough sleep in between. It is recommended to get at least 7 hours of sleep and you would be cutting it very close, especially if you plan to eat and shower in between. Sleep is a critical part of recovery.

Depending on your current level, yes it is preventable. Make sure you keep a small to moderate deficit and get adequate protein (about 1g per pound of lean mass) and fat (about .35g per lb lean mass). Also, as a female, your monthly cycle can impact strength as well. The site below talks about the impact that can play on…

This will have minimal impact in the grand scheme of things. In fact, a diet break will probably do you some good after being in a deficit for so long. Check out the below thread for some good information on why a diet break is beneficial.…

Work out with the kiddo! One of the things I do is go to parks that are about a mile from where we live. I will jog a mile there, let me 3 year old play for a bit, then jog back. My son loves being active and outside so it is a win/win for us. Another thing you can try is workout videos at home. Our toddlers seem to always…

First off, are you taking care of the thyroid problem? If so, great! If not, you should address that first with your doctor. After that, all that is needed for weight loss is eating fewer calories than you burn in a day. Exercise is not necessary. I'm sure you are getting plenty of exercise chasing around those little…

I have not heard of this happening with the lip's, but I have a few friends that have Raynaud's disease. This causes a blue tint to the fingers and toes due to a lack of blood circulation. For that, it is suggested to see a rheumatologist. *in my non-expert opinion.

Same! They are sooo good.

A dozen cornbread muffins from Famous Dave's. I find it so hard to eat just one.

Drop down to 20% body fat. I like my overall build and muscle, but would just like to lose more fat to reveal it more.

When I started back at it, I was (unintentionally) eating in a surplus. However, I was still able to make progress while in a moderate deficit.

They work by making you sweat more. Any weight lost will be water weight, not fat.

I have heard of several moms having success with the potty training boot camp method. https://messymotherhood.com/potty-training-boot-camp/ My son has only recently been potty trained (for about the last month or so). He turned 3 in January. He knew what to do, he just didn't want to do it. It finally just took bribing him…
