Pen and paper. Adds in a math lesson as well.

I primarily run in leggings/tights that cover my thighs when running for this reason. However, I have used baby powder when wearing skirts in the summer to help this. I have also heard of people using deodorant as well.

Have you considered doing crossfit? Most crossfit gyms are structured to where you can go every day. There is a strength portion and then a cardio portion.

I understand your struggle. I have been trying to lose another 5 lbs since January, but have not been successful at keeping a deficit. Maybe focus on a different goal for a while? Set some fitness/strength goals and focus on those instead. My biggest struggle is I am no longer completely unhappy with my body. I still have…

I would probably have to say Godsmack. Great musical talent, stage presence, knew how to work the crowd, not overly produced/overly theatrical. Probably second would go to Papa Roach. Least favorite goes to Avenged Sevenfold. Struggled to sing in tune and too many theatrics (I felt they used pyrotechnics to overcompensate…

That is kind of my point. It is easy to get angry. Generally (not always) decisions made out of anger are not the best.
-
Sad. I see anger as a knee-jerk reaction. It shows a lack of control over your emotions.

Genetics and eating too much.

That is a very generic question. Do you have any examples of foods in which you would like a sauce substitution? My favorites for adding flavor are cooking with lots of garlic, using hot sauce, and most marinara sauces tend to be pretty low calorie as well.

No filter and no makeup because I forgot to put it in my gym bag this morning.

Top picture is college about 10 years ago. Out of shape with little muscle. Maybe 160-170 lbs (I wasn't weighing myself and don't have many "before" pictures of my butt since I wasn't too proud of it before) Bottom picture is last week. A few years of training and much more muscle. About 148 lbs.

In case anyone was interested, I have been reading a few articles based on how our monthly cycle can affect training. Below is one of them. They all pretty much seem to say similar things. I have noticed that depending on where I am in my cycle can greatly impact how much I can lift. Bench press being the most noticeable…

Also, most chili recipes have a pretty decent macro split as well.

Chicken fried rice 386 calories, 27 carb, 16 fat, 34 protein for 4 servings Chicken Enchiladas (Can also do beef, as calls for in this recipe) Calories 467, carbs 47, fat 15, protein 38 for 6 servings I have found that doing a "standard" dinner plate of a meat (pork chop/tenderloin, chicken breast, hamburger), veggie, and…

This makes my data analyst heart happy. I did something similar for while to determine the accuracy of my smart watch for calorie burn as well as my input for calories in. I didn't track steps but I did have a column for weekly projected weight loss. I feel like about every 2 weeks I would get a whoosh where I lost about…

I have a Samsung Gear Sport that can track swimming. It tracks laps based on arm movement (heart rate sensor is not active for swimming). I have really liked using my watch overall and have found it to be pretty close to accurate for estimating calorie burn for me.

This is who I think you look like in that picture.

I find I use it quite often, however I can't think of any time recently that I used it. I will have to come back later once I have thought of one, or more likely, have used it again.

Is it doubling your step calories? I have had that issue happen with syncing.

This is one of our favorites. We do spinach instead of kale though since we are not big fans of kale. https://themodernproper.com/posts/tortellini-soup-with-italian-sausage-and-kale

I could demolish a whole bag of these right now.

These are apparently in the works. I must try them.

If It Fits Your Macros

Depends on my mood. -Oatmeal for a lower calorie option -Eggs and bacon for a higher protein breakfast -french toast and bacon when I gives zero effs -eggs benedict if I don't care about the calories, but still want a decent amount of protein

I volunteer to eat any unwanted peeps that may appear in anyone's easter baskets.

But you take the money saved from the tip to order a double

Can confirm these are the 3 staples to a Wisconsin diet. Sometimes with a bloody mary thrown in.

On the topic of breakfast type foods, I could totally go for a big stack of french toast right now.

The middle one is always the best. I remember once as a kid demolishing an entire tube of cinnamon rolls by myself.
