Anyone out there doing the 40 30 30 macros and have any delicious recipes to share?

I do an approximate version of that split, but daily and not per meal.
For me, it comes pretty naturally if I focus on reasonable amounts of protein, some nuts and avocado, and mostly non-starchy veg for the balance. That usually leaves me room for a giant apple or some other natural sugar indulgence (baked squash, sweet potato, pumpkin)0 -
Added thought:
One of the only nearly perfect split foods I’ve ever found is edamame.
But I choose not to eat much stuff from packages. I’m sure there are other options. Lots of us have been ‘zone-ish’ for ages.

Keep in mind it’s a commercial website. They focus on selling you their own products. Still good recipe options

Chicken fried rice
386 calories, 27 carb, 16 fat, 34 protein for 4 servings
Chicken Enchiladas (Can also do beef, as calls for in this recipe)
Calories 467, carbs 47, fat 15, protein 38 for 6 servings
I have found that doing a "standard" dinner plate of a meat (pork chop/tenderloin, chicken breast, hamburger), veggie, and carb (usually rice at our house) gets pretty close too.

Also, most chili recipes have a pretty decent macro split as well.0

Yeah, this. It's what worked for me starting out as it was the way to get sufficient protein on my lower cals, and now it's just naturally how I tend to eat much of the time. Not only do I not worry about per meal splits, but mine are not 40-30-30 -- I tend to have fewer carbs at breakfast and/or lunch and then more at dinner. Overall day ends up 40-30-30 when I bother logging, usually.0
