I think it’s mean for self injurious folks, but find the different strategies you can do (like distract yourself) helpful when I want to eat & know it’s emotional, not hunger based.   • Hi Flynn, Boston. Yep, gyms & yoga studios closed. Restaurants doing take out but no seating or lines more than 10 people. Grocery stores have shorter hours & special early AM hours for seniors. People are out walking, but need to stay 6’ apart, so that’s a challenge.
