I'm 5'9 and I'm usually around 155. I think that's pretty average. Not to mention I'm trying to get stronger so I don't really expect that number to go down much. But numbers shouldn't be your focus IMO.

I just made a bunch of egg, spinach, cheese, bell pepper (idr what else) muffins for the week. They can be frozen or kept in the fridge if you're going to eat them within a few days. I grabbed two this morning, popped em in the microwave, and bam! 70 cals each and very tasty.

Any workout you guys follow or use would be great! I try to change it up in the gym so I'm always looking for new workouts to do.

Just created an account. A few weeks ago I started an accountability group on facebook and added those who wanted to be a part of it but I'm usually the only one who posts daily. Would love to find something like that on here or even just to look and see that other people are staying motivated too.
