  • I make an omelet with eggs and cauliflower or green beans. Sprinkle on a little garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Eat with a little crushed tomatoes on the side.

  • Hello...I had 110 lbs to loose when I started last April. I have lost 64 lbs and moving forward. I set my goal 10 lbs at a time. When I lost those 10, then my new goal was to loose 10 lbs.   • Hi MissCoco...there is a short workout on youtube that is pretty good. It's, "Indoor Walking Workout", by Holly Dolke. About 15 min. long and she incorporates more than just walking. Good luck with your studies! I graduated with my RN in 1976.
  • I am doing WW Points Plus and tracking calories with MFP. Most days my 26 WW points and the 1200 MFP calories are almost the same, give or take a few calories. I've lost 40lbs since April so it seems to be working for me.
  • There are about 50-55 calories in one ounce of cooked and drained ground beef. Rinsing saves just a few calories. Each gram of fat has 9 calories.
  • Gastric bypass in 1989. Lost 130lbs in a year and a half. Over the years I gradually was able to eat more. Have been up and down on my weight. Right now, I have lost 10 lbs and have about 80lbs to go.
